With over 20 years of experience in the beauty and wellness industry, Ashley's approach is deeply rooted in holistic practices, offering personalized guidance for stress relief, inner balance, and radiant health. Terra Appleton, AP, CRM
Creator of Prithvi Mata Ayurveda, is an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, and Certified Reiki Master Practitioner. Her area of practice is all patients, her specialty is womb care and women’s health. She currently treats in both Costa Mesa and San Clemente.

Sunny SY Lim
Sunny is an associate therapist at Paper Cranes Counseling and graduated from Columbia University with a master's in clinical social work. She specializes in working with neurodivergent late-diagnosed adults, childhood emotional neglect, codependency, and life transitions. She offers telehealth/in-person sessions and uses a variety of clinical treatment approaches from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and psychodynamic therapy. She enjoys working with patients from all types of diverse backgrounds and raising awareness about emotional wellness.

Dr. Dina Seif, MD
Dina Seif, MD, believes that with the right mindset and support, every one of us has the potential to transform and heal our minds. She specializes in creating a personalized plan for each patient and is committed to providing a supportive healing environment for your journey.
Dr. Seif is a member of the American Society of Ketamine Physicians and was recognized as a Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association. Dr. Seif has 15+ years of experience with ketamine in the emergency setting and founded one of the first ketamine practices in Orange County in 2019. She has successfully treated over 100 patients from all over the world and has extensive experience helping patients with severe depression find hope and wellness.
Dr. Seif is board-certified in Emergency Medicine. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine, where she attended college, medical school, and business school.

Brandi Andrews
Owner of Youth Dealer Holistic Spa, Brandi, brings over 22 years of experience, awards and recognition in the beauty industry to this concept. A celebrity skin care therapist, she received an extensive education from San Francisco Institute of Esthetic + Cosmetology (SFIEC), a Paul Mitchell School and is a dual licensed beauty professional. Brandi has also completed an externship program under Landon McCarroll DHSc, PA, studying melanin skin conditions and pigmentation disorders. She is currently completing her courses to become a Medical Assistant in early 2023. This will make her a triple state licensed professional in the beauty industry.
With her extensive knowledge in the beauty industry as well as the medical aesthetics world, Brandi has been able to tailor and fine tune top tier services for people of every background.
